Honest materials
We make our cupboards and doors from Poplar plywood, Birch plywood and MDF. We use real wood veneers with solid wood edging, and finish by hand with hard wax oils.
Unlike the vast majority of furniture companies we avoid low integrity materials like chipboard and wood-effect plastics. Where we use man made materials we use them because they are the best materials for the job, not because they are the cheapest.
Using the right materials is the first step in making furniture that will last as long as the room you put it in.
